In the spring of 2007, Jeffrey and Justin were asked whether they could design and produce in a very short time period several pieces of furniture that would act as the staging area of a red carpet event for a high-profile media entity. What emerged was the Negative line. And while funding for the project never materialised, Jeffrey and Justin loved the designs and produced two of the chair designs for a show at Honfleur Gallery.

And here is the full line of Negative pieces that were designed for the event. Four chairs, each of a different style and era, a chaise lounge based on a French Empire piece, and two occasional tables after the Louis XIV style. These are laser cut 1/8 scale models.
